GOVIN Buildtech Pvt limited is a privately held company. It has an impeccable track record of efficient and reliable performance, timely completion of large infrastructure projects. Delivering a whole gamut of solutions in the engineering, construction and infrastructure ecosystem, GBPL’s trajectory to advance into new and exciting projects is imminent. The focus is on infrastructure development that mirrors the developing world’s needs and consequent growth.
Started in 1996 as a proprietorship firm M/s Arya Constructions with Sri. M. Vijay Kumar Raju as sole proprietor and having worked as Sub-Contractor for IVRCL, ASIP Pvt Limited, GMR Emco Energy Ltd, Lanco Infratech ltd in various projects and directly as Contractor for PMGSY, PWD and National Highways (MORTH), GBPL was subsequently incorporated on 08 June 2021 by transferring all liabilities, Assets and experience of the proprietorship firm M/s Arya Constructions through Business Transfer Agreement.
Over the years, GBPL (Arya Constructions) has grown significantly after successfully completing several major infrastructure projects throughout India with annual turnover of more than Rs. 45 Crores.

Director
Mr. M. Sai Krishna Raju
Mr. M. Sai Krishna Raju, after completing his MBA in 2018 worked as Business Executive for B.L.Kashyap and Sons Limited, New Delhi from 2018-19 and later joined his father’s firm M/s Arya Constructions. His spirits of enterprise lead him to join GBPL as a Director and his contribution has positioned the company on solid ground. His stellar leadership qualities have put GBPL in the forefront among the leading Civil Engineering Companies. He shares a vision to see GBPL grow to be a premier company in Infrastructure business in India.
Mr. M.Vijay Kumar Raju ,after completing his graduation moved to Maharashtra in search of job in 1990 and started the firm M/s Arya Constructions in 1996 with outstanding integrity and a deep passion for excellence in the workplace taking extreme care to personally supervise every project, large or small with Arya constructions, Wardha. He has improved the business of laying Roads in a mechanized way. In order to expand the business further, Arya Constructions got registered as Special Class Contractor in PWD, Maharashtra and executed various projects in PMGSY, Buildings etc. Mr.Vijay Kumar Raju garnered a vast array of Experience in personnel administration and equipment management. Mr. Vijay Kumar Raju brings a great deal of discipline and accountability to bear in managing and supervising projects with GBPL

Mr. L. Madhukar Reddy
After completing his B.Tech, Mr.L.M.Reddy joined his father’s business as a Managing Partner gaining valuable insights in Project Management in complex projects involving Railway contracts, earth work, track renewals, gauge conversion works etc. Mr.Madhukar Reddy is passionate about his commitment to manage projects without compromises and adhering to agreed upon targets. His vast repertoire of experience makes him acutely conscious of commitments made to customers and the impact any mismanagement of schedules would have on project deadlines. He has overseen close to a dozen projects at ASIP since he started in 2002 and has been and is keenly focused on adhering to standards and timelines and associated with GBPL since 2016.
